II –  Intellectual Property



The Chateau Bernadotte holds the domain name of the Site.

Chateau Bernadotte is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of personal data provided by visitors to our Site.

The French courts have territorial jurisdiction to hear any disputes relating to the use of the Site, unless otherwise covered by Regulation 44/2001 of 20 December 2000 on judicial competence,
recognition and enforcement of civil and commercial decisions (Brussels I).
