The Chateau Bernadotte holds the domain name of the Site.

These notices are made in accordance with French law, including provisions of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for confidence in the digital economy and Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms, amended by Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004.
The French courts have territorial jurisdiction to hear any disputes relating to the use of the Site, unless otherwise covered by Regulation 44/2001 of 20 December 2000 on judicial competence,
recognition and enforcement of civil and commercial decisions (Brussels I).
